Orders

If you are a registered customer, you can cancel your order by logging into your account as long as your order hasn’t been dispatched. A “Cancel” option will appear in your account, if your order has not yet been dispatched. Please select it to continue with your cancellation or alternatively please send us an e-mail or contact us via live chat, where we will be happy to assist you with this.

While placing your order, you can choose a different billing and shipping address. However, once your order has been accepted into our warehouse we are unable to change your address. If your order has not been dispatched yet, you can cancel your order by logging into your account, and place a new order with an updated address.

Payments

Buy Now Pay Later is a payment method, which allows you to buy now and pay later. We have three Buy Now Pay Later Options: Klarna, Clear Pay and Lay Buy.

If your credit or debit card payment has declined (rejected by our online secure payment processing systems), please double-check that the detailed you entered are correct. If your using a valid credit or debit card with correct details, please try again with the same card or place the order again using a different credit or debit card. If the problem persists then please contact your credit or debit card provider.

The name and billing address details that you enter must match with what is held by your card issuer. If, for any reason, there is any problem with collecting payment from your credit or debit card after we have confirmed receipt of your order, we will immediately notify you via e-mail, and will not be obliged to dispatch your order.

Your will be charged as soon as you place your order through our website. The warehouse will be sent your order for processing after the payment has been successfully completed.

After you have placed an order, the payment in your Pay Pal account will appear in your account as pending until we send your order to you. The pending transaction is informing you that the payment is authorised to be taken once the order has been dispatched.

Delivery

If you are not in when our carrier attempts delivery, they may leave it with your neighbour or return it back to the local delivery office for you to collect or reschedule delivery at a convenient time. Either way, they will leave a card for you with the details.

Unfortunately your parcel cannot be redirected. Your order will be delivered to the delivery address you provided while placing an order.

While placing your order, you can choose a different billing and shipping address. However, once your order has been accepted into our warehouse we are unable to change your delivery address. If your order has not been dispatched yet, you can cancel your order by logging into your account, and place a new order with an updated delivery  address.

We use Royal Mail for almost all of our deliveries. We also established relationships with UPS, DPD and Yodel, and may also use any of them to deliver your order. In all cases, your order should arrive within the estimated delivery time (see our Delivery Information here)

When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation e-mail, which will also include your order tracking number. If you have placed an order with a registered account, you can also check the status of your order in “My Order” section in your account. You will need your order number and postcode to track your order. You can also track your order using the Track Your Order page on our website.

If you can’t track your order or if you can’t see any update on your parcel, and haven’t received the parcel within the estimated delivery timescale, then please send us an e-mail or contact us via live chat, where we will be happy to help you.

Please note that occasionally the tracking doesn’t update straight away after shipping so please allow 24 hours after receiving your shipped email before attempting to track your order.

We endeavour to process and dispatch all orders as soon as possible, after your order has passed all our security checks and payment has been processed. If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery time frame, it can be due to any of the following reason:

  • The courier attempted delivery, but you were not in so they may either have left your order with your neighbour or returned it to the local delivery office/depot for collection. In either case, they will leave a card with the details.
  • The courier may have left your order in a secure location. In such a case, they will leave a card informing you where the parcel has been left.

Refunds & Returns

As long as the order hasn’t been opened, is in original condition with all tags and/or packaging intact, you can return your order within 60 days of the receipt of it. You can generate a free return label here.

If the product is returned in a condition which is not fully resaleable or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange on the item.

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect to ensure that the returned item meets our refund and return policy. If it does, we will process the refund immediately. Please note that it may take up to 5-7 working days for the refund to appear in your bank account.

If your order is damaged, please report it to our Customer Service team immediately after receipt of your parcel via e-mail or live chat. Please do not throw away the packaging as you may be asked to return it or take photographs before we process your refund.

If an item is missing from your order, please report it to our Customer Service team immediately after receipt of your parcel via e-mail or live chat. Please do not throw away the packaging as you may be asked to take photographs of the parcel you receive to investigate and fix this for you.

If you receive an item which is faulty or incorrect, please notify us immediately. We will replace the good or process refund for you, as appropriate. Please ensure you keep all original packaging as you may be asked to return the goods. If the goods are incorrect, please return them without removing the cellophane wrapper.

We will send you an email confirming that we have processed your refund and it’s on its way. You should receive your refund within 5 working days. If you do not receive your refund within 10 working days, please contact our Customer Service team via e-mail or live chat.

Promotions & Discounts

To avail any discount or promotion, enter the promotion or discount code in the promotion/discount code box before your check out.

Please not that promotion codes have expiry dates on them. If a valid promottional code is not working i.e. not apply a discount when you enter it, please send us an e-mail or chat to us via live chat, where we will be happy to help you.
