Exchange & Return Policy

Terms and conditions

  • You can return your order within 14 days after your order has been successfully delivered to you. If you return your item(s) after 14 days, you will not qualify for a refund.
  • You can return your item for an exchange in 28 days after your order has been successfully delivered to you. Please contact us prior to sending your item(s) for an exchange so we can reserve the item you would like your returned item to be exchanged for.
  • We do not cover the cost on any inbound mail, however we will cover the cost of sending exchanged item to you. All the refunds and exchange requests are processed within 48 hours after the returned item has been successfully delivered to us.

To qualify for a refund or exchange, the returned item must meet the following conditions:

  • All returned item(s) must be in original condition with labels intact and with no odours (such as perfumes and aftershaves).
  • All returned items(s) must be unworn and in the same condition as they were when sent out to you. Items categorised as unworn are those, which are not visibly worn, have no smell of any kind and are not damaged. If labels and/or tags are removed from the returned items, they will be classified as worn and are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Please prepare your order for return or exchange by following the instructions below:

  • Print the return and exchange form and provide all information relating to your return or exchange;
  • If you are unable to print the return or exchange form, please provide the return or exchange information on the invoice sent to you with your order;
  • Pack your return or exchange item(s) with the return and exchange form/invoice in the same bag your order was sent it or in a new protective mailing bag to avoid damage to the returned item; and
  • Post your item at the address mentioned on the return and exchange form.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If there is a problem with your order when it is delivered to you, please contact us immediately to report the problem. A member of our team will be in touch to discuss the issue with you. Please note that under the Consumer Rights Act, 2015, if an item is faulty, customers have upto 30 days from the day of purchase to return an item for a refund. However, contact us to report the problem immediately enabling us to solve it for you on a priority basis.
